Assalamu alaikum Sheikh,

If husband is leading the prayer at home and the only follower is his own wife, what is the correct position for her to stand?

1) Besides him, in the same line as men do when they r only two
2) Slightly behind him
3) In the next line

Also is it preferable to pray in jama'ah in this case of only two i.e husband n wife or just offer individually.
